What to do about it?
Inside me is a constant struggle of two wolves: curiosity and desire to create. The output of such is a series of exploratory hobbies, and uncompleted projects.
For years I saw these traits as a drawback, keeping me from meaningful resolution. After throwing myself into poetry, however, I changed my perspective. To write a chapter then get bored, to climb a mountain then turn around at the snow line, and to write a poem with only half an idea are not failures, but real expressions of excitement and utilizations of the internal marketplace for ideas.
We should constantly be reevaluating the uses of our time to reach the most efficient use of our most important resource. Perhaps. Or maybe I’m compensating for a short attention span habituated in me from years short form content.
Welcome to my compendium of projects.
